The request of the refund’s difference will be made by email to info@hotelelysee.com with our reservation department on presentation of a proof of purchase from “Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe” and a proof of the price of the cheaper night (quotation or pro-forma invoice) after confirmation of payment.
All requests must be made at the latest within 24 hours after making your reservation.
