Exhibition

Stepping into the enchanting world of Dolce & Gabbana 👗👒

This 2025 is starting strong with one of the most attended exhibitions of the year. “Du Cœur à la Main: Dolce & Gabbana” will take place at the Grand Palais in Paris from January 10th to March 31st, 2025. After a successful run at Milan’s Palazzo Reale, this showcase will feature over 200 original designs created by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. It offers visitors a deep dive into the designers’ creative universe, emphasizing their inspirations and the artistry behind their creations.

The exhibition spans over 1,200 square meters across ten immersive rooms. It explores key themes of Dolce & Gabbana’s style, such as Italian traditions, cinema, art, opera, and architectural influences. You will get a close look at the journey from concept to the final haute couture pieces, that showcases the dedication and precision defining their work.

Tickets are now on sale, and due to its popularity in Milan, we recommend you to reserve in advance. The price is 17 euros for children 5 to 15 years, and 22 euros the adults. For more details and to book, you can visit the exhibition’s official website.

To get from our hotel to the Grand Palais by public transport, walk to Val d’Europe RER Station, take the RER A (direction Charles de Gaulle–Étoile) and get off at Charles de Gaulle–Étoile station (about 45 minutes), transfer to Metro Line 1 (direction Château de Vincennes), and exit at Champs-Élysées – Clemenceau; the Grand Palais is a 3-minute walk from there.

Charme Seine-et-Marnais

A day trip to discover the charm of Provins 🚗🏰

Our hotel, with a privileged location in Seine-et Marne, is surrounded by captivating small towns that are perfect for a peaceful day trip escape from the modern world. An ideal choice is Provins, a medieval town in the region, renowned for its remarkably preserved architecture and its designation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This charming destination offers you a chance to step back in time and experience the grandeur of its history, particularly when it was a thriving hub for trade fairs during the Middle Ages.

One of the town’s highlights is its impressive 12th-century city walls, which surround the old center and provide sweeping views of the picturesque landscape. At the heart of Provins stands La Tour César (Caesar’s Tower), an iconic medieval fortress that served as both a lookout and a symbol of power. You can climb its stairs to enjoy stunning panoramic views. Another unique attraction is the underground galleries, a network of mysterious tunnels once used for trade, storage, and clandestine meetings, offering an intriguing glimpse into the town’s hidden past.

To reach Provins from our hotel, you have a couple of options. By car, the journey takes roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes (around 75 kilometers). You’ll follow the A4 motorway in the direction of Paris, then exit onto the N4 toward Provins, where clear signs will guide you to the town. If you prefer public transportation, start by taking the RER A line from the Val d’Europe station to Châtelet-Les Halles. From there, switch to either the RER B or Metro 4 to reach Gare de l’ Est. At Gare de l’ Est, board the TER P train to Provins. The total travel time by train, including connections, is around 2 hours.
